National Aviation Personal Slumber

Scope: Conducted market research on crash pads and the demand for luxury accommodations in the commercial aviation industry. Used research to develop value proposition and responsive web design.

National Aviation Personal Slumber

National Aviation Personal Slumber (NAPS) provides luxury-sleeping accommodations for commercial aviation employees.

Work

Our initial task was to design and develop a responsive, scrolling website for NAPS. In less than two weeks, we put together a custom mock up and completed front-end development.

With time and budget to spare, and NAPS’ approval, we surpassed our initial scope of work and allocated our time to developing a clear value proposition. Our team of market research professionals conducted thorough digital analysis segmenting technical studies to confirm the obstacles of sleep deprivation in the aviation industry. In addition, we coordinated focus groups, which included introductions to American Airlines employees, to build data and content for backend development.

As result, we coined “Better Sleep, Better Travel”, a tagline which aligned with NAPS’ goal to provide a better, more comfortable, more reliable alternative to standard crash pads and hotels.
