The Challenge is an online ecommerce website owned by Towne Park. Prior to our involvement, the frontend website was built on an antiquated version of WordPress. It was difficult to add new markets and locations to. There were also many facets of the website that were not directly integrated with a reservation system. This made making updates to things like rates very time consuming and labor intensive. It also impacted the marketing team’s ability to optimize the website for maximum revenue gain.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a custom WordPress website that was fully built to scale. Our framework allowed Towne Park to add more of their hotel partners to the website, making their relationship more valuable.

In addition, our improved design was built to enhance customer experiences, so they could more effectively generate quotes and book reservations seamlessly. We implemented a first-class reservation system and utilized APIs to make dynamic pricing updates to increase the profitability of every available market.
